This package includes Basics Coordination, 7 hours of photography with 2 photographers and a dvd of images, 5 hours of DJ time with dance floor lighting and 6 ambient lights, a flower credit of 500$, linens (basic black or white tablecloths, satin or organza runners, napkins, and overlays), and a cake with 2 flavor choices.

This package includes Premier Coordination, 10 hours of photography with 2 photographers and a dvd of images, 5 hours of DJ time with dancefloor lighting and 10 ambient lights, a flower credit of 600$, linens (black, white or ivory tablecloths, satin or organza runners and overlays, napkins, chair sashes, and white chairs), a brides cake with 2 flavor choices and a grooms cake.

The Crystal Destination Package:
Texas Destination Weddings
Starting at 2000$
This package is for the bride who is planning a wedding in Texas from another state or country, and needs help with every aspect of the wedding. It includes:

• An initial meeting to go over services and contract, either in person or via email
• Help with budget preparation
• Selection of a venue
• Selection of vendors such as catering, bakers, linens, photographers, videographers, DJ, bartender, transportaion, hotel accomedations, stylist, makeup artist, string quartet or other entertainment
• Selection of invitations, programs, menu cards, place cards
• Going over vendor contracts and delivering them to bride via email or mail
• Help in creation of seating arrangement
• Help in selection of gown, bridesmaids dresses, tuxes
• Help in selection of favors
• Help in selecting centerpieces and decorations
• Creation of itinerary
• Coordination of rehearsal
• Coordination of ceremony

This package is for the bride who just needs help with the basics of wedding planning, including the main vendors and design aspects.

• An initial consultation to go over services, contract, and brides vision
• Help with budget preparation
• Help in selecting venue (coordinator will attend up to 3 viewings)
• Help in selecting catering, linens, baker, florist, photographer, DJ, rentals, and bartender. 
• Help in selecting favors
• Creation of an itinerary for the wedding day
• Coordination of rehearsal
• Coordination of ceremony
• Coordination of reception
• Delivery of final payments to vendors
• Overseeing deliveries, set up, decoration, and clean up

The Big Occasion Package:
Day of Coordination
Starting at 350$
This package is for the bride who has all of the details planned out, and only needs help the day of the wedding to ensure her vision is carried out. From reception to rehearsal this package has you covered! It includes:

• An initial consultation to go over services, contract and details of the wedding
• Another meeting two weeks prior to the wedding to go over final details. At this time, the bride will supply the coordinator with all of the contact information for the vendors she has chosen.
• The coordinator will contact the vendors and schedule delivery/ set up times, and create an itinerary for the day to be distributed to everyone.
• Coordination of rehearsal
• Coordination of ceremony
• Organizing flow of reception (ensuring announcements are made on time, and there is a proper flow of events)
• Delivery of final payments to vendors
• Overseeing deliveries, set up, decoration, and clean up

Decorating Package:
This package may be purchased with another package or by itself if a bride would only like help with decorating, not any other type of coordinating service. Pricing depends on amount of decorating to be done, as well as amount of time set up will take.

Hourly Rates also available at 25$per hour.
