That's why we leave all of our planning services customizable. You can have as little or as much help as you need and even add services as you go. You wont be stuck in a package deal paying for things you don't want or need.

​MONTH OF COORDINATION

​Because no one wants to be a stressed out hot mess on their wedding day.  It's just not attractive. 

​Some refer to this service as "Day Of Coordination". In our eyes, it doesn't accurately describe what the service actually encompasses. Our part of this service begins 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day. Below are the details that can be included.


​-Initial consultation to discuss services, contract and small details.
- Walk through of venue to discuss layout and design of event.
-Final meeting 4-6 weeks prior to the event and create an itinerary for the wedding day and obtain final counts, vendor information and finalize details.
- Creation and distribution of itinerary to vendors.
- Contact vendors to confirm and schedule delivery, set up and break down times.
- Coordination of rehearsal (1 hour).

- On site management day of the event.
- Oversee set up, break down and delivery by vendors.

-Set up of cake, gift and sign in table.
- Set up of tables and chairs.
- Placing linens.
- Set up of place settings, centerpieces and décor

- Coordination of ceremony.
- Coordination of reception.
 -Ensure gifts, food, cake and décor are sent home with designated person at the end of the night.
- Delivery of final payments and tips to vendors (must be clearly marked in sealed envelopes).

- Unlimited meetings with necessary vendors.
- Help with budget management.
- Help with design and styling of event.
- Help in selecting venue, photographer, rentals, catering, baker, musicians, DJ, florist, stationary, favors, transportation, color scheme, bride's attire and accessories, attendant's attire, groom and groomsmen's attire, hotel accommodations.
- Creation and maintenance of wedding website.
- Maintenance of social media accounts specifically made for your wedding.
- Management of registries.
- Management and collection of RSVP'S
- Pick up and drop off of attire.
- Assistance in coordination of rehearsal dinner, bridesmaid's luncheon and bridal shower or engagement party.
